Information and database products acquired from Pre Mover USA are leased for single-use only. Additional or multi use is subject to an incremental charge.

Customer shall not copy, sell, lease, dispose or other wise make available to any other other person or organization the information products acquired from Pre Mover USA.

Pre mover USA assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages or loss on the part of the Customer or any third party as a result of the use of the information products. Pre Mover USA will not be liable for the results of any marketing campaign, or for delays and inconvenience related to the delivery or these products to the Customer. Data transmitted to the Customer may be subjected to corruption in transit.

The customer is responsible for the method of use. Any dollar values quoted by Pre Mover USA are budgetary only, valid for 30 days from the Date quoted, and are subject to change unless specified otherwise by an authorized Pre Mover USA representative. Charges may vary according to actual counts delivered.
